At Big Chose LLC, customer satisfaction matters. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Returns
We accept returns for unused and unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Acceptable reasons for a return include:

• The item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item, size, or color
• The item was defective or misprinted

Returns based solely on preference changes or buyer’s remorse (e.g. “changed my mind”) are not eligible.

To initiate a return, email us at support@bigchosellc.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.

Every return is inspected upon arrival. Missing, ineligible, or worn items may result in a reduced or canceled credit. Credit adjustments for questionable or unapproved items are issued only after warehouse review. We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and reject returns that show excessive wear, alteration, potential fraud, or other irregular activity. We may refuse service for similar reasons.

2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items damaged upon delivery. Please send clear photos of the item and packaging to support@bigchosellc.com within 7 days of receipt.

3. Store Credit or Exchange
If we made an error in your order (wrong item, wrong size, etc.), we will offer a replacement. If the correct item is no longer in stock, we will offer either:

• Full refund minus shipping costs
• Store credit for the full value of the item minus shipping costs, or
• An exchange for an item of equal or lesser value minus shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Items worn, washed, altered, or without original packaging are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
